Protected Yield for Digital Assets

Institutional yield, built for security

P2P.org provides institutional onchain yield infrastructure for two core verticals: non-custodial staking across 40+ proof-of-stake networks, and curated DeFi vaults with a BVI legal wrapper and independent pre-execution controls. With $10B+ in assets secured, 190+ institutional clients, and an operational track record since 2018, P2P.org delivers the infrastructure institutional capital depends on.

Why Institutions choose P2P.org Yield Infrastructure

Since its founding in 2018, P2P.org has delivered the protocol performance, hardened infrastructure, operational expertise and compliance controls regulated capital requires to stake securely and at scale.

Yield Categories

One Trusted Standard, Every Category.

P2P.org applies the same best-in-class security controls, compliance oversight and rigorous operational frameworks across all its yield solutions.

Staking Infrastructure

Non-custodial validator operations across 35+ proof-of-stake networks. Five configurations: native staking, DVT, pooled staking, EigenLayer restaking, and staking as a service. Protocol-issued rewards for participating in network consensus.

Best for:

  • Custodians, exchanges, and asset managers staking directly
  • Enterprises offering staking to their clients
  • Institutions requiring multi-network staking via a single integration
  • Key features: SOC 2 Type II attested infrastructure
  • Compatible with Fireblocks, Copper, and major custody solutions
  • Unified API across 35+ networks

DeFi Vaults

Curated onchain yield strategies with a bankruptcy-remote BVI legal wrapper, ring-fenced asset isolation, and independent pre-execution controls. P2P.org enforces controls independently. The curator executes the strategy. Available in ETH and stablecoin asset classes.

Best for:

  • Exchanges offering clients onchain yield on ETH and stablecoins
  • Banks and regulated entities requiring yield without smart contract exposure
  • Custodians requiring ring-fenced exposure and independent reporting
  • Key features: BVI legal wrapper with segregated series per client
  • Independent NAV calculation and share price validation
  • White-label with configurable fees

P2P.org's Yield Infrastructure is for Organizations that:

  • Manage or hold digital assets across one or more proof-of-stake networks and require non-custodial staking infrastructure.

  • Require Regulatory-Grade Infrastructure that includes SOC 2 Type II attested documentation, audit trails, and compliance reporting.

  • Offer non-custodial Staking or curated DeFi vault access to clients without taking custody of their assets.

  • Need a single API integration point across staking, DeFi vault access, and transaction data.

  • Are a CEX or Financial Institution evaluating curated onchain yield strategies with a legal wrapper and independent protection controls.

  • Need Validator infrastructure or DeFi vault access without building in-house.

Frequently Asked Questions

Help center

P2P.org offers two categories of onchain yield infrastructure. Non-custodial staking covers validator operations across 35+ proof-of-stake networks in five configurations: native staking, DVT, pooled staking, EigenLayer restaking, and staking as a service. Curated DeFi vaults provide onchain yield strategies in ETH and stablecoin asset classes, wrapped in a bankruptcy-remote BVI structure with independent pre-execution controls.

Staking earns protocol-issued rewards for participating in network consensus: the return comes from the blockchain itself, and assets never leave your custody. DeFi vaults deploy assets into curated onchain strategies, so the return comes from market activity rather than protocol issuance. Vaults add a BVI legal wrapper, ring-fenced asset isolation, and independent pre-execution controls, with P2P.org enforcing controls while the curator executes the strategy.

It means every yield product carries the same security and compliance standard rather than only the ones where it is easiest to apply. In practice: non-custodial architecture so assets stay under your control, SOC 2 Type II attested infrastructure, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, independent pre-execution controls on vault strategies, and a zero-slashing operational record since 2018.

Yes. Staking is non-custodial by design: validator keys are separated from withdrawal credentials, and P2P.org never takes possession of client assets. DeFi vaults use ring-fenced asset isolation with segregated series per client under a BVI legal wrapper, so client exposure stays separated and independently reported rather than pooled into a single custodial balance.

P2P.org provides SOC 2 Type II attestation, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, Sumsub Risk Intolerant Sentinel screening, and BSSC membership, alongside audit trails and compliance reporting for both staking and DeFi vault activity. Independent NAV calculation and share price validation apply to vault positions. Documentation is available for review during due diligence.

More than 190 institutional clients, including custodians, exchanges, asset managers, banks and regulated entities, wallets, fintechs, and treasury teams. P2P.org secures over $10B in digital assets and integrates with Fireblocks, Copper, and other major custody solutions, so existing custody arrangements can stay in place.
