Ethereum Staking for Institutions

Enterprise-grade Ethereum staking

P2P.org provides institutional Ethereum staking for custodians, exchanges, asset managers, and treasury teams. P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO 27001 certified, with zero slashing events since 2018. Validator fees start at 5%. Three non-custodial configurations cover native validators, DVT via SSV Network, and pooled deposits below 32 ETH.

Staking Solutions

Staking Configurations

Three non-custodial Ethereum staking configurations, plus onchain protocol access. Each matches a different operational requirement, position size, and compliance framework.

Native ETH Staking

Direct validator infrastructure on three isolated signers with independent anti-slashing databases. MEV relay selection, OFAC-compliant relay options, on-chain or invoice billing, and node distribution across multiple EU sites.

Best for

  • Institutional stakers
  • Treasury teams
  • Custodians

Focus

  • Reward performance
  • Compliance flexibility
  • Full custody control

2.9% NRR *

5% validator fee

DVT Staking

Validator keys split across four independent operators, each on isolated infrastructure, via SSV Network. Three of four running is sufficient. Near-zero slashing and downtime risk through distributed key management.

Best for

  • Institutions bound by SLAs
  • Risk-sensitive operators
  • High-uptime requirements

Focus

  • Fault tolerance
  • Key distribution
  • Downtime protection

2.9% - 3.05% NRR *

Plus SSV token incentives

7% validator fee

Pooled ETH Staking

Stake ETH below the 32 ETH minimum via P2P.org's vault-based pooled infrastructure. Deposit any amount, receive an ERC-20 token representing your staked position. API integration available.

Best for

  • Positions below 32 ETH
  • Platforms offering ETH staking to clients
  • Teams evaluating staking

Focus

  • No minimum threshold
  • Vault-based architecture
  • API-accessible

2.7% NRR *

Ethereum DeFi

Onchain protocol access on Ethereum with pre-execution mandate validation, configurable risk controls, and audit logs. Deposits and positions run through one integration, with assets in client-controlled contracts throughout.

Best for

  • Treasury teams holding ETH
  • Funds allocating onchain
  • Institutions with risk limits

Focus

  • Protocol-level access
  • Configurable risk limits
  • Onchain audit logs

* NRR is estimated, protocol-determined, variable, and not guaranteed. Fees are charged on network rewards only.

Why P2P.org

How P2P.org Operates Ethereum Validators

Three Isolated Remote Signers

Three independent anti-slashing databases, each recording every signed attestation and block, prevent double-signing across clients.

Control Access and Exposure

Attestation continues when a signer goes offline. Threshold signing removes the single point of failure from validator operations.

Distributed Across EU Sites

Validators run across multiple independent sites, all inside the EU. Distribution removes single-site failure risk and supports EU data-residency requirements.

OFAC-Compliant Relay Options

MEV relay selection includes OFAC-compliant options, so regulated capital can exclude sanctioned transaction flow entirely.

Custody Integrations

Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, and other custody integrations. The withdrawal address stays under client control throughout.

Audited and Pectra-Ready

Smart contracts verified by MixBytes. All three staking configurations are Pectra-ready, including 0x02 auto-compounding.

How to Start Staking Ethereum

From first contact to live validators, handled by our team at every stage.

1

Contact our team

Request a quote using the Contact us button. The P2P.org team confirms the right Ethereum staking configuration for the position size, custody setup, and compliance requirements.

2

Connect custody or wallet

P2P.org integrates with custody platforms including Fireblocks, BitGo, and Copper, or with self-custodied wallets such as Ledger. The withdrawal address stays always under client control.

3

Go live and monitor

Validators activate within the Ethereum entry queue timeframe, which is protocol-determined and outside P2P.org's control. The on-chain dashboard is available from day one.

Ethereum is the largest proof-of-stake network, securing a settlement layer for tokenised assets, stablecoins and DeFi. Institutions stake ETH to earn protocol rewards on treasury or client holdings while contributing to network security, with the asset itself never leaving their custody setup.

Ethereum staking locks ETH with a validator that proposes and attests to blocks. In return the protocol pays consensus rewards, plus execution-layer rewards from priority fees and MEV. P2P.org runs the validator infrastructure; the staked ETH and the withdrawal address stay under the client's control.

There is no minimum. Native and DVT staking allocate 32 ETH per validator, and positions below that use P2P.org's pooled staking vaults, which accept any amount and return an ERC-20 token representing the staked position.

Yes. P2P.org never takes custody of client assets. Deposits are signed within the client's own custody platform or wallet, the withdrawal address is set by the client, and P2P.org operates only the validator layer.

Distributed Validator Technology splits a validator key across four independent operators on isolated infrastructure via SSV Network, with three of four sufficient to keep attesting. It removes the single point of failure from validator operations, which matters for institutions bound by uptime SLAs.

Every validator runs on three isolated remote signers with independent anti-slashing databases that record each signed attestation and block, so a double-sign is refused before it leaves the signer. Nodes are distributed across multiple EU sites. P2P.org has recorded zero slashing events since 2018.

P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, holds Sumsub's Risk Intolerant Sentinel status and is a BSSC member. Audit reports, policies and smart-contract audits by MixBytes are available on request through the Trust Center.

New validators enter through a protocol-controlled activation queue, and exits pass through an exit queue; both move at a rate set by the protocol based on how many validators are joining or leaving. The timing is outside P2P.org's control, and the dashboard shows each validator's status from deposit onward.

Pectra raised the effective balance cap to 2,048 ETH and introduced 0x02 withdrawal credentials with auto-compounding, so rewards can compound on the validator instead of being swept. Existing validators keep running unchanged; consolidation to the new credentials is optional and supported across all three P2P.org configurations.

GRR, the gross reward rate, is what the protocol pays a validator before fees. NRR, the net reward rate, is the figure after the validator fee, so it reflects what the staker actually receives. P2P.org quotes NRR, and both figures are estimated, variable and not guaranteed.

P2P.org connects validators to a configurable set of MEV-Boost relays, including OFAC-compliant relays that exclude sanctioned transaction flow. Relay selection is agreed per client, so regulated capital can restrict block building to compliant relays only.

NRR is the net reward rate an Ethereum staker receives after the validator fee, combining consensus rewards with execution-layer priority fees and MEV. P2P.org's current native staking NRR is around 2.9% after a 5% fee. It is protocol-determined, moves with network conditions and is not guaranteed.
