Pooled ETH Staking for Institutions

No 32 ETH minimum, fully white-label.

P2P.org's Pooled Staking allows enterprise clients to offer Ethereum staking to their clients without the 32 ETH per validator minimum. User deposits are aggregated into dedicated white-label vaults managed by P2P.org's validator infrastructure. Non-custodial throughout: only unsigned transactions are generated, with signing and key management remaining entirely under the client's or end client's control.

Why Build a Pooled Staking Offering on P2P.org?

Enterprise partners who build pooled staking on P2P.org inherit an operational track record since 2018, compliance documentation, and white-label flexibility from day one.

What You Can Build

Build a Pooled ETH Staking Offering for Any Position Size

P2P.org's Pooled Staking API gives enterprise partners the infrastructure to offer Ethereum staking at any position size. No 32 ETH threshold. No validator management overhead. Your brand, your clients, our infrastructure.

White-Label Vault Staking

Offer ETH staking under your brand with no minimum position size. P2P.org aggregates deposits into dedicated vaults and manages all validator operations. ERC-20 token represents each client's staked position.

Best for:

  • Wallets offering staking to retail and institutional clients
  • Exchanges adding staking without a minimum threshold
  • Fintechs building staking into digital asset products

API-Driven Pooled Staking

Full pooled staking lifecycle via API: initiate stakes, process withdrawals, and query real-time balances and status. Average integration time of 10 hours. Compatible with Fireblocks and major custody solutions.

Best for:

  • Developer-first platforms with existing infrastructure
  • Custodians adding pooled staking programmatically
  • Platforms requiring automated staking workflows

Dedicated Vault per Partner

Enterprise partners may have a dedicated vault with their own branding and configuration, fully isolated from other partners. Enables custom reporting, fee structures, and white-label presentation to end clients.

Best for:

  • Institutional platforms requiring full operational separation
  • Regulated entities with custom reporting requirements
  • Partners building staking as a branded product line

What is Pooled ETH Staking?

Pooled ETH staking allows multiple depositors to aggregate their ETH into a shared vault, which then funds Ethereum validators once the pool reaches the 32 ETH threshold. Each depositor's position is represented by an ERC-20 token that reflects their proportional share of the pool. Pooled staking removes the 32 ETH minimum barrier for individual stakers while maintaining non-custodial architecture – signing and key management remain with the depositor or their custodian at all times. Protocol-issued rewards accrue to the pool and are distributed proportionally. Rates are protocol-determined and not guaranteed.

Pooled staking aggregates deposits from multiple depositors into a shared vault that funds validators once the pool reaches 32 ETH, so there is no per-client minimum. Native staking runs dedicated validators and requires the full 32 ETH per validator.

There is no minimum position size. The vault aggregates deposits until it reaches the 32 ETH threshold needed to fund a validator, so your clients can stake any amount.

Yes. P2P.org generates only unsigned transactions; signing and key management remain entirely with the partner or their client at all times. P2P.org never takes possession of the underlying assets.

It represents each client's staked position — their proportional share of the pool. Protocol-issued rewards accrue to the pool and are distributed proportionally.

Withdrawals are processed through the Pooled Staking API, which also exposes real-time balances and withdrawal status. The withdrawal address stays under your control throughout.

SOC 2 Type II attestation achieved December 2025, covering validator operations, account management, and client data protection. Documentation is available on our Security and Compliance page for vendor risk assessment.

The API is compatible with Fireblocks and major custody solutions. Average integration time is about 10 hours, and you can test on the Hoodi testnet before moving to production.
