Monad Staking for Institutions

Enterprise-grade Monad staking

P2P.org provides institutional Monad staking for custodians, exchanges, asset managers, and treasury teams. P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO 27001 certified, and ran validators across every Monad testnet before mainnet launch. Service fees are 10%, with no minimum stake. Unbonding completes within one epoch, roughly five and a half hours.

P2P.org Monad Staking Specs

NRR is the net reward rate after the 10% service fee. Figures reflect P2P.org's own Monad operations and move with network conditions.

Monad Staking Configurations

One non-custodial P2P.org configuration for institutional Monad staking, plus two liquid staking routes through partner protocols.

Native MON Staking

Direct delegation to P2P.org's Monad validator. MON stays under client control throughout, rewards accrue every epoch, and unbonding completes within one epoch of the request.

Best for

  • Institutional stakers
  • Treasury teams
  • Custodians

Focus

  • Full custody control
  • Epoch-frequent rewards
  • Fast unbonding

Why P2P.org

How P2P.org Operates Monad Validators

Testnet Operator Since Launch

P2P.org operated validators across every Monad testnet before mainnet, contributing to network stability through each release.

Unbonding Within One Epoch

Unbonding completes within one Monad epoch, roughly five and a half hours, or two epochs if the request lands after the boundary block.

Epoch-Frequent Rewards

Rewards are distributed every epoch, roughly every five and a half hours, so positions accrue continuously rather than once a day.

Full Custody Retained

Delegation is non-custodial. MON stays under client control at every point and P2P.org never holds or transfers tokens.

Distributed Validator Infrastructure

P2P.org runs Monad validators on dedicated bare-metal hardware across independent sites, removing single-site failure risk from consensus.

MonadBFT Participation Monitoring

MonadBFT consensus with parallel execution. P2P.org monitors block production and vote participation on its validators every epoch.

How to Start Staking Monad

From first contact to live delegation, handled by our team at every stage.

1

Contact our team

Request a quote using the Contact us button. The P2P.org team confirms the right staking setup for the position size, custody arrangement, and compliance requirements.

2

Connect custody or wallet

P2P.org integrates with custody platforms including Fireblocks and Copper, or with self-custodied wallets. MON stays under client control throughout.

3

Go live and monitor

Delegation takes effect from the next Monad epoch, which is protocol-determined and outside P2P.org's control. The on-chain dashboard is available from day one.

Monad is a high-performance, EVM-compatible layer-1 that combines MonadBFT consensus with parallel transaction execution. Institutions stake MON to earn protocol rewards on treasury or client holdings while securing the network, with rewards paid every epoch and unbonding measured in hours rather than weeks.

Monad staking delegates MON to a validator that participates in MonadBFT consensus. The validator produces blocks and votes on behalf of its delegators, and the protocol distributes rewards every epoch, roughly every five and a half hours. P2P.org operates the validator; the MON stays under the client's control.

P2P.org applies no minimum for institutional delegation. Any protocol-level minimum that applies to a delegation transaction is confirmed during onboarding, and positions of any institutional size can be delegated to P2P.org's validator.

Yes. Delegation is signed by the client's own wallet or custodian and the MON never moves to P2P.org. P2P.org cannot transfer, spend or restake the tokens; it operates the validator the stake is delegated to, and the client can undelegate at any time.

Unbonding completes within one Monad epoch, roughly five and a half hours. If the undelegation request lands after the epoch boundary block, it is processed in the following epoch, so the maximum wait is about two epochs, or roughly eleven hours.

Every epoch, which on Monad mainnet lasts about five and a half hours. At each epoch boundary the protocol calculates validator rewards and credits the delegators' share, so positions accrue several times a day rather than once daily.

P2P.org charges a 10% service fee on network rewards only. There are no fees on the delegated principal and no setup or withdrawal charges. The NRR figures quoted on this page are already net of the service fee.

Yes. Delegation lets an institution participate in Monad staking without operating infrastructure. P2P.org runs the validator on dedicated bare-metal hardware across independent sites, and the client simply delegates from its own wallet or custody platform.

Monad does not currently slash delegated stake for validator downtime. Validators that miss blocks or votes earn fewer rewards, so operator risk is expressed through reward performance, which P2P.org monitors on every validator each epoch.

Two partner routes are available alongside native delegation: gMonad from Magma, oriented towards governance participation and long-term network alignment, and shMonad from FastLane, which bundles staking with infrastructure services such as RPC access. Both are operated by the partner protocol, not by P2P.org.

P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, holds Sumsub's Risk Intolerant Sentinel status and is a BSSC member. Audit reports and policies are available on request through the Trust Center.

GRR, the gross reward rate, is what the protocol pays a validator before fees. NRR, the net reward rate, is the figure after the service fee, so it reflects what the delegator actually receives. P2P.org quotes NRR, and both figures are estimated, variable and not guaranteed.

NRR is the net reward rate a Monad delegator receives after the service fee. P2P.org's current NRR is around 14.8% after a 10% fee. It depends on the protocol's reward schedule, the share of MON staked and validator performance, so it moves with network conditions and is not guaranteed.
