Cardano Staking for Institutions

Enterprise-grade Cardano staking

P2P.org provides institutional Cardano staking for custodians, exchanges, asset managers, and treasury teams. P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO 27001 certified, and has operated validator infrastructure since 2018. Service fees start at 2%, with no minimum stake. Delegated ADA never leaves the client's own wallet and stays spendable.

Staking Solutions

Cardano Staking Configurations

Two non-custodial configurations for institutional Cardano staking. Client assets remain under client control throughout.

Delegation Pool

Delegate ADA to P2P.org's Cardano stake pool. The ADA never leaves the client's own wallet, stays spendable throughout, and rewards are paid to that same address each epoch.

Best for

  • Institutional stakers
  • Treasury teams
  • Custodians

Focus

  • Assets stay in wallet
  • No lock-up
  • Low service fee

White-Label Stake Pool

A dedicated Cardano stake pool operated by P2P.org under the client's own ticker, from 5,000,000 ADA. Pool operations, monitoring, and saturation management are handled by P2P.org.

Best for

  • Exchanges and platforms
  • Large ADA treasuries
  • Teams wanting own ticker

Why P2P.org

How P2P.org Operates Cardano Stake Pools

ADA Never Leaves the Wallet

Delegation is a certificate, not a transfer. ADA stays in the client's own wallet, remains spendable, and P2P.org never takes possession.

No Protocol Slashing

Cardano implements no slashing. Delegators cannot lose stake through operator misbehaviour, so operator risk is limited to reward performance.

No Unstaking Period

Delegation can be changed or withdrawn at any time and ADA is transferable immediately. No lock-up window applies to the position.

Saturation Monitoring

P2P.org monitors pool saturation every epoch. Stake above the network cap earns less, so pool sizing is managed rather than left to drift.

Custody Integrations

Fireblocks, BitGo, Copper, and other custody integrations. Rewards are paid to the client's own reward address each epoch.

Dedicated Pool Option

A white-label stake pool can be deployed under the client's own ticker from 5,000,000 ADA, operated on P2P.org infrastructure.

How to Start Staking Cardano

From first contact to live delegation, handled by our team at every stage.

1

Contact our team

Request a quote using the Contact us button. The P2P.org team confirms the right staking setup for the position size, custody arrangement, and compliance requirements.

2

Connect custody or wallet

P2P.org integrates with custody platforms including Fireblocks and Copper, or with self-custodied wallets. The ADA stays in the client's own wallet.

3

Go live and monitor

Delegation takes effect from the next Cardano epoch, which is protocol-determined and outside P2P.org's control. The on-chain dashboard is available from day one.

Cardano is a proof-of-stake layer-1 built on the Ouroboros protocol, with a research-driven development process and a large, long-standing staking community. Institutions stake ADA to earn protocol rewards on treasury or client holdings while the ADA stays liquid and spendable in their own wallet.

Cardano staking delegates the voting weight of a wallet's ADA to a stake pool through an on-chain delegation certificate. The pool produces blocks on the delegators' behalf and the protocol distributes rewards every epoch, about five days. P2P.org operates the pool; the ADA never moves.

No. The protocol sets no minimum for delegation beyond a one-time 2 ADA deposit for registering the stake key, which is refunded on deregistration. P2P.org applies no minimum of its own to pool delegation. White-label stake pools start from 5,000,000 ADA.

Yes. Delegation is a certificate signed by the client's own wallet or custodian, not a transfer. The ADA stays spendable in that wallet throughout, and P2P.org never holds funds or signs on the client's behalf; it operates the stake pool the wallet delegates to.

No. Cardano implements no slashing, so delegated ADA cannot be destroyed or confiscated because of operator misbehaviour. The only operator-related exposure is reward performance, which depends on pool uptime, block production and saturation management.

No. Delegated ADA is never locked, so it can be spent or moved at any time, and the delegation can be redirected to another pool with a new certificate. There is no bonding or unbonding window; rewards for the epochs already completed are still paid out.

Yes. Rewards are paid to the wallet's reward account each epoch and are automatically counted as part of the delegated stake, so the next epoch's rewards are calculated on the larger balance without any claim or restake transaction.

Cardano caps the stake a single pool is rewarded for. Once a pool passes that saturation point, rewards per delegated ADA fall for everyone in it. P2P.org monitors saturation every epoch and guides large positions across pools so that delegated ADA keeps earning the full rate.

A dedicated stake pool registered under the client's own ticker and branding, operated on P2P.org infrastructure. P2P.org runs the block-producing and relay nodes, monitoring and saturation management, while the pool rewards and public identity belong to the client. It starts from 5,000,000 ADA.

P2P.org is SOC 2 Type II attested and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, holds Sumsub's Risk Intolerant Sentinel status and is a BSSC member. Audit reports and policies are available on request through the Trust Center.

GRR, the gross reward rate, is what the protocol pays a stake pool before fees. NRR, the net reward rate, is the figure after the pool's margin and fixed cost, so it reflects what the delegator actually receives. P2P.org quotes NRR, and both figures are estimated, variable and not guaranteed.

NRR is the net reward rate a Cardano delegator receives after pool fees. P2P.org's current NRR is around 2.2% after a 2% service fee. It depends on the protocol's reward schedule, the share of ADA staked and pool performance, so it moves with network conditions and is not guaranteed.

Yes. The P2P.org Staking API builds delegation and stake-key transactions for Cardano alongside 35+ other proof-of-stake networks under one integration. Transactions are returned unsigned, so signing stays within the client's custody setup.
